Rich assists the operations and revenue management teams to drive performance across the hotel portfolio.  He joined Essex in 2013 as the General Manager of the award-winning Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid before joining the home office in 2023.  He has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  Known for his motivational and inspiring leadership style, Rich has a solid track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction scores.   Rich attended Pace University with a concentration in Business Management
