The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, NY and the Hampton Inn Rochester/Webster, NY have been named top performing properties in service excellence and growing customer loyalty by Hampton Hotels, Hilton Worldwide’s global brand of more than 2,000 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hampton by Hilton hotels.
The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, NY received the 2014 Lighthouse Award which is awarded to the Top 5% of Hampton Inns & Suites in Canada, US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Columbia.
The Hampton Inn Rochester/Webster, NY received the 2014 Circle of Excellence Award which is awarded to the Top 10% percent of Hampton Inns in Canada, US, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Columbia.
The Homewood Suites in Fredericksburg, VA received the Award of Merit for the Highest Growth in Revenue per Available Room/Suite of the Homewood Suites in the US.
